Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We hold a 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy, meaning a cancellation or rescheduling notice provided with at least 24 hours notice will be free of charge.

Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment start time will incur a charge of 50% of the consultation fee.

We do this because short notice cancellations and rescheduling is a financial loss to the business and practitioner, as well as a missed opportunity for a patient waiting on our priority lists who are rarely able to make such appointments with less than 24 hours notice.

Appointment Confirmation

We send confirmation sms messages and emails to all patients who book a consultation in the hopes of providing you with enough notice should you need to change your appointment. Please reply to these, as we do make an effort to contact you via phone, sms and email if you have not confirmed your appointment within the 24 hours prior to the appointment start time.

Failure to Attend Appointment

Failing to attend an appointment will result in loss of 100% of the consultation fee again this is because of the otherwise financial loss to the business and practitioner, time required prior to the appointment to prepare for your consultation and the inability for us to offer the appointment to a patient waiting on the priority list.
